The setting was wonderful, really close to the old town square, the pretty old town and the historic centre. Had lunch/dinner at Lapsus Bistro, which I found within a close distance from the hotel. I booked a spotless and unique room complete with balcony, tea and really lovely touches.

The room was themed with balcony, had a good night's sleep. The vibe here was quiet.

The breakfast had lots of options and coffee, fruit juices, toast, pastries, and fruit were fresh! The staff were lovely, great location in the quaint Old Town of Calpe.

The location in a great area was excellent. What's more, it was close to nice restaurants. The breakfast was very good with a beautiful view and the ambience was quiet.

I greatly enjoyed its location, it was excellent and around 4-6 minutes away by foot from Calpe downtown. The rooms were modern and compact, had a hydro massage shower, a hair dryer, and guest toiletries.

As for me, the location is marvellous, in the Old Town of Calp. You can relax at Bar Restaurante Tata, located nearby.

The breakfast was sensational with a complementary wine and a beautiful view, as for instance and served by the welcoming staff. I booked an immaculately clean and unique room complete with coffee provided, terrasse, balcony. This was a marvellous and stunning location near bars and restaurants as well as southern Spain.

It was as expected, had a very lovely stay for the holidays. Its unbeatable, central location was a plus. There was Bar Restaurante Tata, located nearby, where we relaxed.

The location at the top of the old town of Calpe, is difficult for older people, and travelling up and down to the seafront extremely tiring

A little gem of a hotel with a great roof terace. Nice choice of restaurants within a couple of minutes walk. If you like a small and friendly place to stay then this would suit you fine. Great for a couple of nights to relax, more suited to adults.

If you want to be near the beach then this is not for you. If you like to be in the old town near museums, church etc then its a great location

All aspects of our stay at this hotel were excellent.

I had a fantastic stay at Terra De Mar! The rooms were beautifully decorated and the small terrace added a special touch. The complimentary tea, coffee, and cookies made us feel right at home. The hotel's perfect location allowed us to easily explore Calpe. The highlight was definitely the rooftop terrace with its stunning views and pleasant atmosphere. We even had breakfast there, which was a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this hotel for its cozy atmosphere and great amenities.
